LAUREN FABRIZIO

Lauren discovered Acroyoga in 2009, which started her journey into acrobatics and all things circus. The first time she flew trapeze in 2010, she knew she had found a new love. In 2012, she traveled to Costa Rica to complete her 200-hour yoga teacher training, and later that same year she began the Professional Intensive Training Program at Circus Warehouse, specializing in dance trapeze, swinging trapeze, and doubles trapeze.

Lauren is an art therapist by trade, but spends most of her free time in the air. She loves collaboration and community and is excited to be bringing aerial arts to this year’s AcroFest!
