Class Levels

 

 

The practices of AcroYoga, acrobatics, Thai massage, hooping, handstands and static trapeze are what can be called "progressive practices," ones that we get better and more skilled at as we continue to consistently train them. This festival features many different levels of classes to offer a wide-breadth of the diverse levels of experience in attendance. We ask all participants therefore to use accurate self-assessment in choosing which classes and levels are most appropriate for you. Doing so will ensure the safety of yourself and others for the entire weekend, and beyond. Below is a brief description of class levels:
