1. Walk south on Vernon Blvd toward 51st Ave (toward the Long Island Railroad tracks)
2. Turn left at the T, Borden Ave. (do not go into the Long Island Rail Road yard)
3. Walk one block, and turn right at 11st St, directly across fron the Midtown Tunnel/ LIE entrance.
4. Cross the tracks, and immediately turn right on 53rd Ave.
5. 53rd Ave turns slight left and becomes Vernon Blvd. The Circus Warehouse is the last door on the left. Look for the golden door.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

From Manhattan:

Take the Queens Midtown Tunnel to Queens.

When exiting the tunnel, stay in the furthest right hand lane and take the very first exit (Exit #13), a few yards after the tollbooth, on the right.

After exiting, go straight over the railroad tracks (do not turn left or right onto Borden Ave). This is 11th St.

Cross the railroad tracks and immediately turn right on 53rd Ave.

53rd Ave turns left slightly and becomes Vernon Blvd.

Circus Warehouse is on the left at the far end of Vernon Blvd next to the water (Newton Creek). Look for the golden door and the sign that says Circus Warehouse.

From Queens or Long Island:

Take Route 495 W towards the midtown tunnel. Take Exit #15 towards Van Dam St.

Stay straight to go onto Queens Midtown Expy/Borden Avenue. Continue to follow Borden Ave.

Turn right to stay on Borden Avenue. (Sparks Deli is on the corner)

Turn left onto 11th St which will take you across the railroad tracks. Take the 1st right onto 53rd Avenue.

Take the 1st Left onto Vernon Blvd (it looks like a parking lot, but it’s Vernon on the other side of the tracks).

Circus Warehouse is on the left at the far end of Vernon Blvd next to the water (Newton Creek). Look for the golden door and the sign that says Circus Warehouse.
